Experiencing Home Business Happiness

Some say that at least 70%+ of you are making the switch to Home business due to lack of feelings of happiness and fulfillment in your life. For this reason, it is important for you to understand what you really want to achieve from your home business. Personally, I have been trying to define in my life what really makes me happy and how I can make money at it. What I am looking for is much more than money. I am looking for calm and a sense of peace in my life.
To find out if you are really ready to work for yourself from home? Ask yourself the following questions:
1. Do you have a hobby that you would do daily for free?
This is one of the keys to success and happiness in a home business. You must have drive and passion in order to succeed. Doing something you really enjoy will help make the bumps in the road smoother. Also, doing something you really enjoy will help you to tolerate the remaining time at your ‘other’ job. Please do not choose a home business based only on your perceived earning potential. If you do, the chances are you won’t have the long-term persistence needed to succeed.
2. Is it money that you really want or is it the freedom of choice you really want?
This is a critical question because, again, if it is solely money you are looking for you will not have the enthusiasm and passion needed for long-term success. Focus on doing what you love and the money will follow. People will see your enthusiasm and it will spread to your clients.
3. Are people you work with dragging you down emotionally and spiritually?
One thing I know for sure is that I no longer want to be around negative people. Mark Twain has a great saying “Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.
Everyone knows a person like the character on Saturday Night Live “Debbie Downer.” Lets face it, some people are only happy if they are complaining about something or are raining on someone else’s parade. Avoid these people at all costs. Remember, it is better to be alone and focused and passionate about what you are doing.
4. Do you want to start off fresh where you are in control?
Starting your own home business is like having a clean tapestry for painting. You control your destiny. You control what “colors” to use. Think big, never small, and you can do it.
5. Do you enjoy helping others when you can?
Owning your own business provides you with an opportunity to give back to your community. This also provides an excellent Barter and Networking opportunity. Help as much as you can afford to and these good deeds will come back to help you in the future.
Have faith in the overall good in people but, at the same time, realize that some people might try to take advantage of your generosity. Use bartering in some of the situations to help lower your overall costs.
6. Do you believe in expanding your mind through research and networking?
If you enjoy research you will be well served by starting your own business. You will have to learn some Accounting basics and Marketing skills as well as some Tax basics. Network with people who can help you in these areas. Suggest bartering your services with them. This is a great way to get advertising for your home business. If you come across a dishonest person, break the relationship as quickly and tactfully as possible – they will only cause you harm and heartache.
7. Are you dedicated and disciplined?
Setting up a schedule and ‘things to do’ list will greatly help with your organizational and time management problems. You must be disciplined and stick to your schedule. Complete one task at a time and move to the next. MANY business have failed because of having to many‘irons in the fire.’ This leads to lack of focus, which is one of the number one reasons that businesses fail.
8. Are you prepared to ignore the negative ‘nay sayers’?
There will always be people who are jealous of your drive, passion and determination. Accept that fact and don’t let them take up any of your time. If the Nay Sayer is your spouse or another family member, sit them down and tell them how much your new business means to you and your future together. If they cannot be positive, ask them not to comment at all. Usually after family members see how hard you are working they will come around and begin to support you. Try getting them involved with smaller tasks that they can take off your plate.
9. Are you prepared to work at your other job until your Home Business takes off?
This is something that people don’t think enough about. You should be prepared to stay at your ‘other’ job for at least six months while building your home business. Many people have quit only to find the HB doesn’t provide enough immediate income so they have to crawl back to the old job.
10. Are you prepared to take an open and honest look at your behaviors?
This is something that I really had to be honest with myself about. For years I had grown a negative attitude, almost to the point that I had a chip on my shoulder. Upon really looking at my behavior I saw that I had created negative ‘anchors’ that were standing in the way of my success. When I looked at a job, all the negative feelings from my previous jobs flooded into me. Be conscious of what you are feeling, and be prepared to eliminate the negative and accentuate the positive. Remember, Bill Gates started in a dorm room, Michael Dell started in a garage. Do not be afraid. You CAN do it – it takes a plan, discipline, hard work and follow through.
In closing, let me say once again that you can do it. You deserve success and the happiness it brings. Franklin D. Roosevelt said “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” Don’t be afraid – you deserve this success. We all do. In the video, Mike states that the reason your prospect says no, is because they perceive the pleasure they were going to gain (such as joining your business opportunity) did not outweigh the pain of the start up costs, moving outside of their comfort zone, etc.
You can get them over this emotional pain by pumping up their emotional state. This is related to the fact that everything we buy stems from emotion. This is according to Mike.

Magnetic Sponsoring Boot Camp Day 5: “How To Get Paid To Prospect”
In this video session, Mike talks about money and how to make more of it. He adds to this that on average, 97% of the prospects you generate are never going to buy your products or become distributors. You also must understand that there is a cost associated with any high-quality prospects.
On average most people are probably going to end up spending $5.00 and $20.00 per lead that you produce yourself with advertising or that you buy from a lead company. On the low end that comes at to about $500 per 100 leads and out of those 2 or 3 might buy your product or become a distributor.
The significant part of this video is this: You are tapping into 2% or 3% of your potential income. This should be a big epiphany for many of you.
Mike then goes on to talk about how you can offer something that requires a smaller investment of time and money to those 97% of people and earn profit at the same time.
Magnetic Sponsoring Boot Camp Day 6: “How To Write Effective Ads”
Basically, writing effective advertisements is the focus of this video session. Mike starts out by saying the most home business owners have no idea how to write an effective ad. Normally, an individual will buy the advertising result from a lead company in the form of overpriced prospects who are not in your target lead.
This will lead to you wasting a lot of money. You have to understand how to write a good ad.

It is because you are offering a solution to their problem, which will come in one of two forms: You or your knowledge; i.e. your leadership or your expertise. Freeway To Success Training
Well, since this company is a referral marketing company, you spread the work through word of mouth marketing. In essence, in order to avoid having to pay large sums of money for huge advertising campaigns, they pay members and reps for word of mouth consumer advocacy.
It is stated on their website that they will train you, but there was no listing of training on their website. The only trainings mentioned are training from the digital ebooks that you download from the replicated website.
There are opportunity calls. Members are allowed to invite guests. I learned a while back that when recruiting, you want to invite your prospects to a presentation and then follow up with them. I am sure many of you have heard, “The money is in the follow-up”. Although I do agree, I think there are easier and smarter ways to follow up with your leads. Not all of your leads will give you their number and since most times you won’t get their email address either, it will be hard to follow up with many of your leads.
But, this is not to say that you can’t still experience success in Freeway To Success. You can and you can, in fact, you can succeed in any business by applying the principles of “Attraction Marketing”. It order to learn what resources are available such that you can learn how to apply these principles to your business, it will require persistence on your part. There are many training programs and systems either online or offline. It all depends on what kind of marketing you want to do for your business.
I will tell you up front that most MLM’s and network marketing companies recommend marketing the products as well as the company. This is not true. You should be marketing YOU. The reason is people join people, not businesses. How do you accomplish this? By branding you, not the company nor its products. People are going to be attracted by you, but only if you have something of value to offer them. What kind of value? Your knowledge and skills in marketing. But, you don’t know how to market, yet, but you can learn. You must be willing and open to learning new materials. All entrepreneurs start somewhere and most start at the point of knowing little to nothing.
The training resources mentioned earlier can teach you everything you need to know about building your own leads using various marketing strategies. Then once you have these leads, then begins the relationship building process. This relationship gets established by your sharing with them your knowledge and skills; letting them know that you are a leader and a knowledgeable leader. Once the relations is built, you can then market to them because they have given you their permission. What I have just explained to you are essentially the principles of “Attraction Marketing”, but there is still much more details you need to learn before using it. Again, most MLM’s and network marketing companies will not teach you this. Thus, as a business owner, step beyond your comfort zone, setup a marketing plan, and get started with your training and marketing.

Golden Moor is a company that was founded by Marc Saint-Onge in 1987. He discovered a bog that contains a superior quality of high levels of humic acids. The acids in this product prevent arthritic and rheumatic pain.
The moor properties are well known in Europe and Asia. Many of these countries are having to import the moor products because of the growth in polution in Asia and Europe.
Golden Moore Products:
Golden Moor has a wide range of product; such as, moor mud, moor creams, cleanses to body bars, body scrubs, massage oils, and much more.
The prices also vary from the expensive to the inexpensive. For instance, an ion detox therapy product it will cost you $3,495.00. But what if you don’t was a therapy scrub, say you want to try the moor mud? The Body Moor Mud will cost you $45.00 and the foot soak is only $25.00.
I tried to figure out its compensation plan, but their sites did not allow this unless you wanted to become a member, but based on my research of the company offers fast acting bonuses. The structure of their compensation plan is a binary matrix where each distributor can build 2 teams with Wednesday being the cut off day for distributors to organize their teams in order to secure certain positions within the binary structure.
The cost to join is $99.00 and the highest is $499.00. The fast acting pay is $20 to $100 dollars for direct sponsorship.
It appears that as a member, you will receive replicated websites, auto responder, landing pages, training, and more. But none of this matters if you don’t have the proper training to generate customers and business partners. This require marketing skills, offline or online, it does not matter. Having marketing skills is the key to one’s success.
Golden Moor is working with a few lead generation companies to give distributors a chance to purchase leads and generate some traffic to their websites. This traffic will build within the auto-responder and those leads will then begin to receive information about the Golden Moor opportunity. This is to help those, who don’t know how to market, to get some positive results in their business.
Unfortunately, this means that Golden Moor reps are not going to have choices in what they do as far as generating leads, other than purchasing them from the company. This means that you will be dependent on Golden Moor for your leads and the success of your business. But, what if Golden Moor isn’t around anymore? What then? It is always recommended by most network marketers that you know how to build your own list.
Most network marketers fail because they don’t know the principles of marketing. There are so many sources to go to and learn. You just have to take the time to look for the right training system or company, to learn these skills. The reason is that it does not matter what industry you are in or what company you join, if you want success, you need to know how to market. If you know how to market, you can succeed at anything you decide to do.

ACN Business Opportunity:
ACN business approach is to find people who are already using a digital phone service and who will be willing to switch over to ACN because of the opportunity offered by ACN. But, approaching friends and family with the ACN products is going to be a hard sell. Many of these prospects will not be interested because they are not interested in the home business. You see, family and friends are the wrong people to target. You want to target other individuals who have either taken part or are involved in an existing home business opportunity. Many of these network marketers are not happy with the business opportunity they are currently with and may find ACN to be of interest. Officially called For Earth, Inc. This company is headquartered in Miami, Florida and has branches in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, Nigeria, and Kenya. The products produced are environmentally friendly products for both the combustion engine as well as nutritional supplements.
For Earth Products:
The products include one for the engine and the remaining products are health and wellness products.
The one product for the engine is called “Force”, which is referred to as a fuel and engine conditioner. There is a video that discusses the benefits of using this product in your engine. It is supposed to increase the longevity of your vehicle by lubricating parts of the engine.
The Other Remaining Products are health and wellness products. There are a total of 11 products in this category. They are:
Generate 1000: which is an anti-aging dietary supplement. It is also an immune-supporting dietary supplement.
Colostrum Capsules: The benefits of this product are focused on three functionalities, which are: immune system support, weight management and inches loss, as well as anti-aging.
Colostrum Adult Chewables: Easily digested by placing under the tongue and dissolves.
Colostrum Chewables: Same as above except for your child’s daily diet.
Colostrum Powder: Can be mixed with Soy milk or fruit juice.

ForEarth Compensation Plan:
There are eight ways to get paid in For Earth MLM:
1. Retail commissions: distributors with rank of director or higher receive the difference between the wholesale and retail price orders.
2. Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB): which is the same as recruiting. Active distributors with at least 50 PV’s and a rank of director or above receive the CAB when their new recruit purchases one of the enrollment packs.
3. Fast Start Bonus (FST): If you personally enroll 6 distributors with a Gold Pack purchase within the first four weeks, you earn $400.
4. Binary Commissions: Active and qualified distributors earn 15% of their lesser leg binary volume. Binary volume is deducted equally in 25 point increments from both binary legs and the remainder is carried forward into subsequent bonus periods. Personal volume does not count towards binary volume. The maximum Binary Commission, regardless of rank, is $7,500 per bonus period.
5. Managing Director Maker Bonus: Active and qualified distributors earn $40 for each personally sponsored distributor that achieves a rank of managing director during the current bonus period.
6. Matching Bonuses: Active an qualified distributors with a minimum rank of Senior Director and at least 200 PV receive up to %500 for each matching distributor. The number of distributors matched is limited by rank.
7. Two Star Executive Pool: Active and qualified two star executive directors with at least 200 PV earn 1 share for each sponsorship line containing and active Senior Director or higher. Total payout from the pool is equal to 1% of the total company volume.
8. Presidential Executive Director Pool: Active and qualified personal executive directors with at least 200 PV earn 3 shares of reach sponsorship line containing an active Executive Director and higher. Total payout is 1% of the total company volume.
Rank Qualifications: There are seven Rank Qualifications. They include:
1. Preferred Customer
2. Director
3. Managing Director
4. Senior Director
5. Star Executive Director
6. Two Star Executive Director
7. Presidential Executive Director
To become and remain an active For Earth Distributor requires 4 things:
1. Must have a valid account that is of Director rank or above
2. Complete payment of $49.95 annual distributor fee.
3. Be current with your $9.95 monthly website fee.
4. Maintain at least 50 PV (personal volume) within a rolling 28 day period.
To remain qualified you must do two things:
1. Have at least one personally sponsored “Active” distributor in your left binary leg and one personally sponsored active distributor in your right leg.
2. Each of these distributors must remain active.
For Earth Training:
This is when things start to get fuzzy. Most of these MLM and network marketing companies do not have any real kind of training program for their members and this applies to ForEarth MLM.
What I suspect is they want you to do what most other mlm’s want you to do, talk to family and friends, talk to anybody that you know or don’t know, etc. All of the offline marketing methods that most people with a sales background or someone who has a large circle of friends and family can do successfully. Others will not be so successful.
This is not to say that For Earth does not offer any kind of training, but what it does mean is that you should be prepared just in case ForEarth does not have a training program other than the one I discussed earlier, the belly to belly type marketing.
Having the skills in marketing is key to your success in any business. Without marketing skills, you are destined to fail. One of the main criticisms I have towards many of these mlm’s and network marketing companies is, not only do they not provide sufficient training to their members, but they also teach you to market the products, services, the company up-front, which is wrong.
