logo_forearth Officially called For Earth, Inc. This company is headquartered in Miami, Florida and has branches in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, Nigeria, and Kenya. The products produced are environmentally friendly products for both the combustion engine as well as nutritional supplements.

For Earth Products:

The products include one for the engine and the remaining products are health and wellness products.

The one product for the engine is called “Force”, which is referred to as a fuel and engine conditioner. There is a video that discusses the benefits of using this product in your engine. It is supposed to increase the longevity of your vehicle by lubricating parts of the engine.

The Other Remaining Products are health and wellness products. There are a total of 11 products in this category. They are:

Generate 1000: which is an anti-aging dietary supplement. It is also an immune-supporting dietary supplement.

Colostrum Capsules: The benefits of this product are focused on three functionalities, which are: immune system support, weight management and inches loss, as well as anti-aging.

Colostrum Adult Chewables: Easily digested by placing under the tongue and dissolves.

Colostrum Chewables: Same as above except for your child’s daily diet.

Colostrum Powder: Can be mixed with Soy milk or fruit juice.

Flex Complex: Builds lean muscle, improved recovery from muscle stress, and enhanced performance.

Lepti-Trim Cleanse: detoxifies and nourishes the body while promoting healthy bowel function.

Lepti-Trim Day Time: promotes proper digestion and elimination, increased nutrient absorption, and thermogenesis and leptin.

Lepti-Night Time: improves elimination. It also helps you to sleep, offer immune system support, reduces cravings, inch and weight loss, and proper nutrition of lean muscle mass.

ForEarth Compensation Plan:

There are eight ways to get paid in For Earth MLM:

1. Retail commissions: distributors with rank of director or higher receive the difference between the wholesale and retail price orders.

2. Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB): which is the same as recruiting. Active distributors with at least 50 PV’s and a rank of director or above receive the CAB when their new recruit purchases one of the enrollment packs.

3. Fast Start Bonus (FST): If you personally enroll 6 distributors with a Gold Pack purchase within the first four weeks, you earn $400.

4. Binary Commissions: Active and qualified distributors earn 15% of their lesser leg binary volume. Binary volume is deducted equally in 25 point increments from both binary legs and the remainder is carried forward into subsequent bonus periods. Personal volume does not count towards binary volume. The maximum Binary Commission, regardless of rank, is $7,500 per bonus period.

5. Managing Director Maker Bonus: Active and qualified distributors earn $40 for each personally sponsored distributor that achieves a rank of managing director during the current bonus period.

6. Matching Bonuses: Active an qualified distributors with a minimum rank of Senior Director and at least 200 PV receive up to %500 for each matching distributor. The number of distributors matched is limited by rank.

7. Two Star Executive Pool: Active and qualified two star executive directors with at least 200 PV earn 1 share for each sponsorship line containing and active Senior Director or higher. Total payout from the pool is equal to 1% of the total company volume.

8. Presidential Executive Director Pool: Active and qualified personal executive directors with at least 200 PV earn 3 shares of reach sponsorship line containing an active Executive Director and higher. Total payout is 1% of the total company volume.

Rank Qualifications: There are seven Rank Qualifications. They include:

1. Preferred Customer
2. Director
3. Managing Director
4. Senior Director
5. Star Executive Director
6. Two Star Executive Director
7. Presidential Executive Director

To become and remain an active For Earth Distributor requires 4 things:

1. Must have a valid account that is of Director rank or above
2. Complete payment of $49.95 annual distributor fee.
3. Be current with your $9.95 monthly website fee.
4. Maintain at least 50 PV (personal volume) within a rolling 28 day period.

To remain qualified you must do two things:

1. Have at least one personally sponsored “Active” distributor in your left binary leg and one personally sponsored active distributor in your right leg.
2. Each of these distributors must remain active.

For Earth Training:

This is when things start to get fuzzy. Most of these MLM and network marketing companies do not have any real kind of training program for their members and this applies to ForEarth MLM.

What I suspect is they want you to do what most other mlm’s want you to do, talk to family and friends, talk to anybody that you know or don’t know, etc. All of the offline marketing methods that most people with a sales background or someone who has a large circle of friends and family can do successfully. Others will not be so successful.

This is not to say that For Earth does not offer any kind of training, but what it does mean is that you should be prepared just in case ForEarth does not have a training program other than the one I discussed earlier, the belly to belly type marketing.

Having the skills in marketing is key to your success in any business. Without marketing skills, you are destined to fail. One of the main criticisms I have towards many of these mlm’s and network marketing companies is, not only do they not provide sufficient training to their members, but they also teach you to market the products, services, the company up-front, which is wrong. If you use these methods of marketing, what will happen is if people see you coming, they are going to head in the opposite direction. This is because they see you as trying to get into their pockets. People just don’t like to be sold to and it is unfortunate that direct sales companies do not tell you this. If they did, you could avoid having to go through the rejection and heartache.

But there is a workaround. In order to share you products and services with your prospects, you must first be invited. In order to be invited, you must be willing to give your prospect something he or she wants. As a network marketer, your target market should be other network marketers and most of them are looking for ways to overcome their struggles with their business. This also means that you don’t market your products, services or company up front. What you are marketing up front is YOU. People join people not businesses. But how do you market you?

This is a question that many new entrepreneurs ask because they don’t understand the concept of marketing YOU. In order to market YOU, you must possess something of value that the prospect wants. The value they are looking for is someone who can help them. You are the one who possesses the value they are looking for and that value is your knowledge and skills in business and marketing. Well, by now you are probably saying to yourself, I don’ t know anything. I can’t give them any knowledge because I don’t have any knowledge or skills in marketing. I just got started myself. This may be true, but they don’t have to know that. If you are part of a system that teaches or trains other network marketers how to effectively market their business, this is the value you can offer them. But first, you must find that system that can, not only teach you how to market, but can teach your prospects too.

Just keep in mind, success is earned and in order to attain the success you are looking for, you must be willing to work hard, be persistent and consistent, and be open to learning new things. This is what being a true entrepreneur is all about. So, if you find the For Earth is lacking in a training program, look around for a system or training program that can give you the skill and knowledge you need in order to grow your business.
