To get started costs $329.00. There are 5 Position Qualifications. They are:

1. Director: Purchase the lgnite Services Program for $329
2. Qualified Director (QD):

Personally enroll four accepted pre-verify, pending or active Energy Accounts
You may substitute your lgnite Homesite for two Energy Accounts

3. Trained Qualified Director (TOD)

Achieve QD status
Complete Power Plan Training Modules in Power Center

4. Managing Director (MD)

Personally enroll 10 accepted pre-verify, pending or active Energy Accounts
Personally sponsor 3 Directors
Have 12 Directors in levels 1-5

5. Senior Director (SD)

Achieve MD status
Personally enroll 15 total accepted pre-verify, pending or active Energy Accounts
Personally sponsor 3 additional Directors
Have 2 MDs in levels 1-5 of your coded MD organization

Each residual Energy Account is worth one point toward meeting your personally goals, including promotions to leadership positions and eligibility of all parts of the Ignite Compensation Plan. Homesite for two Energy Accounts for the purpose of promotion qualifications and triggering Quick Start and Business Builder Bonuses.

You must qualify each month to receive MEI and Leadership bonuses. lf you don’t then a one month grace period will apply the next month.

To build your organization, Ignite recommends marketing to friends and family. ln others words, word of mouth or belly-to-belly marketing. As an lgnite Associate you receive materials and training to help you get started. This includes a Power Pack training kit, live training and events.

You also have access to a team called Associate Support and access to the Ignite Power Center, which is Ignite’s online business tool.

lgnite Compensation Plan:

Ignite pays Quick Start Bonuses when you enroll personal Energy Accounts and it pays Business Builder Bonuses for helping your personally sponsored Independent Associates enroll Energy Accounts.

Quick Start Bonuses:

You become a Qualified Director (QD) and earn Quick Start 4 $100 when you personally enroll your first 4 accepted pending or active Energy Accounts within 30 days of your start date. You can be one of the individuals within the Energy Accounts and you are allowed to substitute your lgnite Homesite for two Energy Accounts. lf you personally enroll 10, you will receive $100 for each who are either in pending or active Energy Accounts within the first 60 days of your start date.

Business Builder Bonus:

You can earn 4 ($100) for each personally sponsored Independent Associate you help become a Qualified Director and who enrolls her or his first accepted pending or active Energy Accounts within the first 30 days of starting. You can also earn Business Builder 4 ($10) on each Independent Associates who are on levels 2-5 that become Qualified Director and enrolls his or her first 4 accepted pending or active Energy Accounts within the first 30 days or his or her start
date. To receive Business Builder 4, you must be a QD.

Ignite Residual lncome:

You receive a monthly energy income (MEI) by enrolling customers and maintaining their Energy Accounts, as well as from Energy Accounts of the customers enrolled by the Ignite Indpendent Associates in your leadership organization up to unlimited levels. lgnite Training:

Ignite does provide trainings, but much of the training is focused on using offline marketing; i.e. talking to friends and family, setting up meetings, etc. Much of the marketing remains your responsibility.

Ignite appears to be a legitimate and good company. Just about all aspects of the lgnite business opportunity is there, but the one key piece that is necessary for ones success.

lf you are good at sales and talking to people and you don’t mind engaging in this style of marketing, you should do well. But, if this is not for you, you will struggle and even fail. lf you are truly interested in building a successful Ignite business, I suggest you take a look on how you can possibly use the internet to build your business. There are marketing systems that can train you on how to use the internet to build your business.

Even if you are doing well with the using the offline marketing, keep in mind that your success is going to be based on the success of others in your organization. By providing more than one option to use for marketing, you are giving others the ability to select what they feel most comfortable with in building their business.
